Our security professionals assigned to various sites, such as government facilities, international corporations, corporate buildings, housing societies, etc., are properly monitored by our Security operation center or our client’s base station staffed by us or even both, as necessary.
SPECIAL SECURITY UNITS
We have specialized security squads that provide complete personal, escorts, and task-force services, as well as the removal of undesirable intruders and demolition of encroachments. These are specially trained armed or unarmed security teams to handle labor unrest, strikes, lockouts, and encroachment removal, among other things. The use of covert operatives is the most efficient way to prevent theft of priceless items, and EM&S has trained operatives for this job. To find the offenders, they take on cover employment as clerks, salespeople, clerks, typists, electricians, mechanics, or in alternative secret QR codes. While disguising themselves in various identities, they penetrate the ranks of ordinary employees with the sole intention of determining in pilferage subversion. TRAINING:

Taking into account issues of Recruitment, and management, training is a crucial component of recruitment.
Recruitment
The structure for hiring is specifically created to take into account the physical and educational requirements of potential security workers. In order to prevent the entry of undesirable people, emphasis is placed on his background, including his employment history and personal history. The best part is that all of our security officers and guards are either members of the Nigerian Legion, the VGN, or merchant mariners.
Training
Along with the already trained former military personnel that we lead through a unique Security Guard method, fundamental military exercise instruction is given, and a raw person’s bearing is perfected. He receives instruction on how to put on his uniform, stand at “attention” and “ease,” and “salute.” The individual then becomes familiar with the active and passive means that permit the uninterrupted conduct of organizational activities. The two guiding ideas of the training are intelligence and control. The fundamentals of security, including information gathering, first aid, fire fighting, crime prevention and detection, are taught to the recruits. The emphasis is placed on the security’s visual and preventative components. The participants are trained to operate a variety of controls during physical searches and the upkeep of gate records/registers.
They are also instructed to verify the specifics of men’s and material’s entry and exit. They receive further instruction on how to correctly wear their uniforms in order to raise the profile of the organization they have been assigned to, and finally they are issued East Marine Security Operation Manual.
The curriculum includes:
Physical Protection:
Radio communications, Parameter barriers, Parking spaces and vehicles, Protective lighting, A lock and key system, Essential structures, rooms, and equipment
Personal Control and Identification:
Identification and control of employees and visitors; Transportation of packages, materials, and other property; Control of trucks and other vehicles; Closed-circuit television surveillance.
Emergencies:
Threats of bombs; fire; medical; Demonstrations; Burglary, hold-ups, and other crimes
Records & Reports:
Daily guard reports, incident reports, and log books are all part of our records and reports. No matter how far the guards are reporting from, we have a quick response Internet of Thing (IoT) system for all of these reports, and this report system may also be installed in our client’s office for the same purpose.
Public Relations and Communications:
In public relation and communications we run verbal communications, written reports, media coverage, ongoing issues of particular interest, and invitations to client’s engagement in training, legal authorities and responsibilities as a guard, and interactions between security personnel and clients’ workers.
